Frequently asked questions

Do you work only on site, or remotely too?

Most of our services (website creation, development, SEO, content management) are carried out remotely, including for clients in France. An on-site visit remains possible, quoted according to the nature of the project and its location.

Do you work with businesses outside France?

Yes. Our whole catalogue is available to professional clients outside France, remotely. Outside France we work with businesses only, not with private individuals.

In which language do you work, and when can we talk?

We work in English or French. Calls are scheduled at a time that suits you, through our booking tool, or by email if no slot fits.

What is the average lead time for a project?

It depends on the scope: a few weeks for a brochure website or a simple online shop, longer for a larger project. A precise lead time is given after analysing your request, and it also depends on how quickly your content and approvals reach us.

How does the first call work?

The discovery call is free and lasts 30 minutes: you describe your project and your context, and we confirm the need and what the quote will require, with no obligation. If you want a deeper analysis before the quote, a one-hour in-depth review is available at 80 euros net of VAT, deducted from the invoice if the project goes ahead.

In which currency do you invoice, and what about VAT?

All our prices are in euros and we invoice in euros, net of VAT (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). For business clients outside France, the tax treatment that applies to your country and status is set out on the quote. Any bank and currency exchange fees are payable by the client.

How is payment organised?

Unless otherwise agreed, 30% is due on order and the balance is invoiced in stages according to the milestones set out in the quote. Invoices are paid by bank transfer.

Who owns the website once it is delivered?

Your content, domain name, hosting and accounts are in your name from the first day to the last. After payment in full, you receive a licence to use and develop the code of your website, and you can hand its evolution to another provider without asking us. Details are in our terms of sale.

Do you guarantee rankings on Google or a level of sales?

No. We deliver the technical foundations, content, campaigns and recommendations agreed in the scope. Rankings, traffic, leads and sales also depend on your market, your competitors, your content and the work done over time.

Shopify or WooCommerce: how do I choose?

Shopify suits projects that want to avoid managing hosting. WooCommerce gives more control within a WordPress environment. The choice depends on your project, your constraints and the technical follow-up you plan after going live.

Is AI-generated content published without checks?

No. AI assists with preparation and structuring. Content is reviewed and adjusted, and business information, products, prices, lead times and regulatory items are supplied or approved by you before publication.

Is there a free option if I have no budget?

Yes, in French: our free website builder lets you build a brochure website yourself in your browser, with no account, no subscription and no hosting fees. It is currently available in French only. If you would rather we did the work, see our website creation service.
