Package
Launch an online shop designed for you to run
Shopify or WooCommerce, catalogue, payment, shipping and checkout journey: the project is organised from the first mock-up to go-live. You come away with a shop you know how to manage, not a tool left without instructions.

This package suits you if your offer is ready to go online
It is aimed at retailers, brands and businesses that have products, an offer or a catalogue to present, but need a reliable framework to go from the idea to a first working shop. The base scope covers a catalogue of up to 25 products on a customised theme; a large migration, a bigger catalogue or specific features are assessed separately.
What blocks a launch, and what makes it possible
The shop quickly looks more complex than expected
Products, variants, payment, shipping, orders: without a clear structure, decisions pile up before the shop is even ready to welcome its first customers.
Going live is not enough to create a buying journey
A poorly presented catalogue, a badly configured payment method or information that is hard to find can slow a project down before its offer has had a real chance to show what it is worth.
With OKTAN Agency: a launch built step by step
The project brings together design, the essential settings, testing and handover. The goal is simple: put a coherent base online that you can run day to day.
A project that moves forward through concrete decisions
Prepare, choose the right base: we clarify the offer, the catalogue, the platform, the payment methods, shipping and what the project needs.
Design, organise the buying journey: the design is adapted to your brand and the pages are structured so that products, information and ordering steps are easy to read.
Configure and test, check before going live: the planned catalogue, payment, shipping, mobile display, checkout and technical SEO foundations are checked within the agreed scope.
Hand over and follow up, leave you in control: a hands-on session on your own shop helps you manage day-to-day operations. The follow-up included then depends on the platform chosen.
The project and the training are carried out remotely; an on-site visit is possible on quotation.
The package combines three services
Creation, handover and post-launch follow-up are brought together in one scope, with clear rules depending on the platform chosen.
Online shop: Shopify or WooCommerce on a customised theme, catalogue of up to 25 products, payment, carriers and technical SEO foundations included. A bespoke design option is available.
Getting to grips with your shop: a hands-on session on your own shop to manage the catalogue, orders and the features covered during the project.
Post-launch follow-up: three months of Shopify maintenance are included. For WooCommerce, post-delivery follow-up is defined on quotation according to the technical scope.

What if you want an original design?
This package is based on the Essential option: an existing theme customised with your logo, colours and typefaces. It is the sensible choice to get online quickly with a clean, consistent shop.
If your brand image needs to be recognisable, or if your buying journey departs from the usual patterns, the same package exists with the bespoke design option of our online shop creation service: original mock-ups approved before the build, from 7,800 euros net of VAT. You can also start with the Essential option and move to a bespoke design later: your products, orders, customers and shop settings are kept, and only the design is rebuilt.

Frequently asked questions
Shopify or WooCommerce: how do I choose?
Shopify suits projects that want to avoid managing hosting. WooCommerce gives more control within a WordPress environment. The choice depends on your project, your constraints and the technical follow-up you plan after going live.
What does the starting price cover?
The package covers the creation of a shop in the Essential option, on an existing theme customised with your logo, colours and typefaces, for a catalogue of up to 25 products. The bespoke option, with original mock-ups, is priced separately. Larger catalogues, large migrations or advanced features are estimated after analysing your needs.
What do the three included months cover?
They cover Shopify maintenance: scheduled checks, monitoring of the theme and apps, minor fixes and technical support during business hours, up to 2 hours per month. WooCommerce is covered by post-delivery follow-up defined on quotation.
Will I be able to manage my shop afterwards?
Yes. The handover is based on your own shop and on the features covered during the project. It does not replace the day-to-day running of your business, customer service or commercial decisions.
