A precise role, not a replacement
A well-scoped chatbot answers recurring questions about delivery, returns or sizing, and qualifies a request before it reaches a person. It does not replace your support team: it filters what can be filtered.
This service is aimed at your customers and reduces the number of requests that reach you. To give your teams time back on repetitive internal tasks, see business process automation instead.
FAQ chatbots that answer frequently asked questions.
AI assistants connected to your knowledge base.
Automatic qualification of incoming leads.
Integration on your website; extension to WhatsApp or social networks where feasible.
Who is it for?
Online shops receiving recurring questions (delivery, returns, sizing).
Service businesses that want to qualify requests before a call.
Organisations with a high volume of enquiries and limited support capacity.
Start with a precise role for the assistant
A chatbot becomes hard to control when it has to answer every question, handle every special case and stand in for several teams at once. Scoping therefore starts with a limited, useful role: directing visitors to the right department, answering an approved FAQ, collecting initial information or explaining a simple procedure.
The knowledge base is built from content approved by your business. Sensitive subjects, personal information and situations that call for a human decision are excluded or passed on to a person. Testing covers the expected answers as much as the cases where the assistant must recognise its limits.
The tone, information messages and hand-off path are approved before going live. The chatbot guarantees neither a correct answer in every case nor an automatic reduction in support volume. Its value depends on the quality of its sources, the clarity of its scope and your ability to update the information when it changes.
What the price covers
FAQ chatbot with a standard knowledge base, integrated on your website: 2 to 3 days.
Chatbot with request qualification and routing: 4 to 6 days.
Additional integration (CRM, calendar, business tool): priced per integration, lead time depends on the tool.
Multichannel extension (WhatsApp, social networks): priced separately, lead time depends on the platform.
A large knowledge base or a scope outside these cases is quoted separately. The starting price is shown at the top of this page; the other options are set out on the quote.
Optional monthly follow-up
A chatbot delivered and then left untouched deteriorates: questions change, the offer changes, and answers that were right become approximate. Follow-up means reading real conversations, spotting what the assistant answered poorly and enriching its knowledge base accordingly.
This follow-up, priced monthly on the quote, is optional and has no minimum term. It is neither an on-call service nor a guarantee of results on the answer rate.
How the service works
Preparation: identifying use cases and frequently asked questions.
Design: conversation flows and tone of the answers.
Development: configuring the chatbot and structuring its knowledge base.
Testing: validation on real scenarios with your teams.
Deployment: integration on your website and training on how to manage it.
The whole project is carried out remotely.
Deliverables
A working chatbot integrated on your website, tested and documented.
A knowledge base structured for the AI.
A dashboard to monitor conversations.
Documentation and a maintenance guide.
A training session (one hour included).
14 days of post-delivery support for questions about the chatbot delivered.
An FAQ assistant is also part of the AI Boost package.
Frequently asked questions
Can the chatbot answer in several languages? Yes. Most AI solutions handle multiple languages; support for the languages you need is set up during configuration.
What happens if the chatbot cannot answer? A contact form or a hand-off to your teams is offered, depending on the configured flow. Answers depend on the quality of the knowledge base and the configured scope: there is no guarantee of a correct answer in every case, and sensitive requests (disputes, personal data, special cases) fall outside the scope and must be routed to your teams.
Does the chatbot improve over time? Yes, but it takes action: regularly analysing conversations and enriching the knowledge base gradually refines the answers. This is not included in the base price: it is an optional monthly follow-up, described above.
Does the chatbot depend on third-party tools? Yes. The chatbot runs on the Botpress platform and, if WhatsApp or social networks are integrated, on their respective APIs. Changes, limitations or outages of these third-party platforms are beyond our control.
What does the 14-day support included with the chatbot cover? It covers questions about how the delivered chatbot works. Ongoing support, enrichment of the knowledge base and any change of scope are quoted separately.
