Lost time does not stop by itself
Repeated data entry, manual reminders, exports copied from one tool to another: these tasks cost no one in particular very much, which makes them easy to ignore, but they add up week after week for teams juggling several tools that do not talk to each other.
This service is aimed at your teams and gives them time back on internal tasks. To reduce the number of questions your customers ask, see AI chatbots and assistants instead.
Connecting your business tools (CRM, e-commerce, accounting, email).
Designing automated workflows on n8n, Make or Zapier.
Automating notifications, reports and synchronisations.
Training on using, monitoring and making simple adjustments to your automations.
Who is it for?
Small and medium-sized businesses losing time on manual tasks (data entry, reminders, exports).
Online retailers who want to automate order processing.
Teams using several tools that are not connected to each other.
Automate the right process, not just a visible task
Useful automation starts by observing how work actually happens. A task can look repetitive while containing exceptions, human approvals or incomplete data that make full automation risky. The analysis phase therefore separates the predictable steps from those that must remain under a person's control.
The choice of tool depends on the applications to connect, the volume of executions, the data processed and your ability to run the workflow after delivery. A simple scenario can go to Make or Zapier, while a need for more control can justify n8n. The decision follows from the scope, not from an imposed preference.
Each workflow defines its trigger conditions, essential checks and expected behaviour on failure. Access and subscriptions remain in your name. The documentation shows how data flows and helps identify the step involved quickly when a third-party tool changes.
What the price covers
One simple workflow connecting two tools: 1 to 2 days.
Two or three workflows, or one workflow with conditions and error recovery: 3 to 5 days.
Four to six workflows: 6 to 9 days.
Beyond that, or a complex integration: price on request, lead time depends on the scope.
Each tier includes design, set-up, testing with your data, documentation and 14 days of support on the workflows delivered. The starting price is shown at the top of this page; the price of each tier is set out on the quote. The work is carried out remotely.
Optional monthly check
A workflow is never finished for good: a changing API, an expired token, an exceeded quota or a change in the business process is enough to stop it. Without regular checks, the failure is often discovered days later, when data is missing.
The optional check, priced monthly on the quote, takes place once a month on a date agreed in advance. The necessary checks and adjustments are made within that window, then recorded in a written summary. It is neither an on-call service, nor continuous monitoring, nor a guarantee that connected third-party tools will be available. An urgent break to be dealt with outside that window is a one-off intervention, billed separately.
How the service works
Audit: mapping your processes and identifying the tasks that can be automated.
Design: designing the workflows and choosing the right platform.
Implementation: building and testing the automations.
Validation: real-world tests with your data.
Training: hand-over so that you are independent.
Deliverables
Working, documented workflows.
Technical documentation of the automations.
A user and maintenance guide.
A training session (one hour included).
Frequently asked questions
Which platform should I choose: n8n, Make or Zapier? n8n is open source and can be self-hosted (full control). Make offers a good balance of price and features. Zapier is the simplest for basic needs.
How much time is actually saved? It depends on the volume processed, the number of tools connected and how often exceptions have to be handled manually. It therefore varies from one process to another and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Can automations break if a tool changes? A workflow may need adjusting if a third-party tool changes how it works or its API, if an access or authentication token expires, if a quota is exceeded, or if the business process changes. Workflows are built with error handling and documented to make these adjustments easier. An optional monthly check helps catch these breaks quickly rather than discovering them when data is missing.
What does the 14-day support after go-live cover? It covers questions about how the delivered workflows work. Changes of scope, new connections or adapting to a new process are not covered by this support and are quoted separately.
Does the service depend on third-party tools? Yes. The workflows rely on the APIs, connectors, access and subscriptions of the connected third-party tools (CRM, e-commerce, accounting and so on). Changes, quota limits or outages specific to these tools are beyond our control.
