A poorly run seller account is penalised quickly

On a marketplace, a poorly optimised listing, out-of-sync stock or a slow reply all have consequences: they weigh directly on your account's defect rate, with suspension as the risk. We take charge of the technical and commercial side (listings, feeds, reporting) so that this mechanism stays under control; customer service, disputes and commercial decisions stay with you, where they belong.

  • Help preparing and configuring your seller accounts at the start.

  • Writing and optimising product listings.

  • Setting up or periodically monitoring stock and price feeds with your existing shop, using the tools agreed.

  • Monthly management of the agreed actions, according to catalogue priorities.

The service is delivered remotely, for businesses in any country, as long as the marketplaces concerned are among those we handle.

Who is it for?

  • Online sellers who want to sell on several channels without multiplying tools.

  • Shopify or WooCommerce shops that want to extend their reach to marketplaces.

  • Businesses without the time to handle the complexity of each platform.

What the base package includes

The monthly package covers one standard marketplace, for a catalogue of fewer than 100 products. The standard marketplaces are Cdiscount, Rakuten, Fnac and ManoMano, the French and European marketplaces we handle; Amazon has its own dedicated package.

  • Publishing and updating product listings.

  • Periodic monitoring of stock and price feeds, using the tools agreed.

  • Monthly analysis of sales, margins and available performance indicators.

  • 2 days of management per month included, for optimisation tasks, one-off adjustments and the agreed monthly follow-up.

Indicative response time: around 48 working hours for requests related to the tasks included in the package (product updates, price and stock adjustments, reporting), excluding holidays or unavailability announced in advance. This is a processing target, not a contractual service level agreement (SLA). Requests outside the scope or urgent requests are billed in addition, by the day.

Customer service stays with you

Handling buyer messages, disputes and returns has a direct impact on the health of your seller account (defect rate, suspension): these are commercial decisions that must stay under your direct control. We can, however, set up help with drafting replies to frequent questions (with n8n), for your team to approve.

Limits and extra days

The package covers 2 working days per month (16 hours) for the following activities:

  • Optimising product listings and visuals.

  • Adjusting prices and stock.

  • Updating commercial data.

  • Tracking performance and monthly analysis.

  • Standard marketplace admin support.

Beyond these 2 included days, extra days are billed at a daily rate (or pro rata) stated in the quote. This rate is deliberately higher than the rate built into the package: the monthly commitment earns a preferential rate, while one-off work costs more. Extra days typically cover:

  • Complex technical disputes with the marketplace.

  • Frequent updates for promotions or events.

  • Urgent changes outside the monthly schedule.

  • Audits or advanced optimisation beyond standard reporting.

To avoid overruns, the time used is shared with you every month in the report.

Options

Each option states the volume of work included: that is what keeps the package predictable for you and for us, and stops a monthly service from gradually turning into unlimited availability. Each option is priced separately, and the price is stated in the quote.

  • Additional marketplace: monthly supplement per platform, 1.5 extra days per month.

  • Catalogue of 101 to 300 products: monthly supplement, 0.5 extra day per month.

  • Catalogue of more than 300 products: on quote, depending on scope.

  • Amazon optimisation (Ads, A+ content, Buy Box): dedicated monthly package, 3 days per month.

  • Marketplace advertising campaigns: a fee proportional to the advertising budget, depending on scope.

  • Initial set-up or complex takeover: on quote, depending on scope.

  • Help drafting simple customer service replies (n8n): one-off set-up.

How the service runs

  1. Audit: analysis of your catalogue, your margins and the marketplaces suited to your sector.

  2. Opening: creating seller accounts, configuring profiles and integrating product feeds.

  3. Roll-out: publishing optimised product listings (titles, descriptions, visuals, keywords).

  4. Monthly follow-up: stock checks, price adjustments and listing optimisation within the agreed scope.

  5. Steering: a monthly review of the available indicators to prioritise the next actions.

Deliverables

  • Seller accounts up and running, configured.

  • Product listings optimised for each marketplace.

  • Periodic monitoring of stock and price feeds.

  • Standard monthly report (sales, margins, performance).

Frequently asked questions

What does the service cover if there is a problem with a marketplace? Decisions, suspensions, rules and requirements specific to each marketplace are outside our scope: we have no control over third-party platform policies. Errors caused by third-party tools, marketplace rules or changes made outside our scope are not covered by the service. Commercial decisions (refunds, goodwill gestures, disputes) remain the responsibility of your team.

Which marketplaces are covered? Cdiscount, Rakuten, Fnac and ManoMano are handled in the standard package. Amazon has a dedicated package (see the options above). Other platforms can be added depending on your sector.

Why does Amazon cost more? Amazon requires more work: managing the Buy Box, writing A+ content and running Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display). That volume of work justifies a dedicated package.

Do I need a multichannel management tool? For large catalogues or several marketplaces, a tool such as Lengow, Sellermania or Shopping Feed is recommended. The tool's monthly subscription, which depends on volume, is an additional cost to budget for.

Can I keep my Shopify shop alongside the marketplaces? Yes, it is even recommended. The shop remains your main channel, and the marketplaces act as additional acquisition levers. Stock and price feeds are monitored periodically using the tools agreed.
